What are actionable queries?
- Actionable queries are publisher defined mandatory queries for authors which alert them to address the essential issues promptly.
- These queries come up during the review content stage.
- Authors should respond to those queries.
- Type the appropriate response and check the ‘Mark as resolved’ box.
- Click ‘Save’, upload files if necessary.
- The author query bubble will turn green, and the query will shift from the unresolved queries to the resolved queries section.
