What are actionable queries?

What are actionable queries?

  1. Actionable queries are publisher defined mandatory queries for authors which alert them to address the essential issues promptly.
  2. These queries come up during the review content stage.
  3. Authors should respond to those queries.

  1. Type the appropriate response and check the ‘Mark as resolved’ box.
  2. Click ‘Save’, upload files if necessary.

  1. The author query bubble will turn green, and the query will shift from the unresolved queries to the resolved queries section.
