How to verify and contact authors with author details

1. You can conveniently access the author's details including their ORCID profile and affiliation through ‘Author details’ feature. 
   

 

1. To search for an author or their affiliation, type the author's name and affiliation in the search tab. 
   
2. You can view the ORCID profile link of the authors by clicking on the ORCID icon near their name. 
   
3. The author's affiliation will be checked against the Research Organization Registry (ROR).
   
1. If the affiliation is registered with ROR, it will appear as a link directing to the institution's details.
   
2. If the affiliation is not registered with ROR, it will display as plain text without a link. 
   

  

Note: Corresponding author will be listed first in default. You can sort authors and their affiliations alphabetically with the corresponding author remains in the same position regardless of sorting.  

1. You can contact individual author by clicking ‘Contact’ option adjacent to the author’s name. 
   

 

1. You can contact all the authors by clicking ‘Contact all authors’ option.
