What is offline PDF and how to upload?

Things to note:  If something in the PDF layout doesn’t look right, like a style element being out of place, we fix it offline and upload the updated PDF into the KD system. 

How to upload the offline PDF. 

Step 1: Work with the offline team to prepare and amend the corrected PDF. 

Step 2: Open the article in Kriya.

Step 3: Click on the Insert menu and select Upload Offline PDF.

Step 4: A widget will appear below — click on the Upload File option.

Step 5: Upload the corrected PDF prepared in Step 1.

Step 6: Click Save. You will receive a pop-up confirming a successful upload.

Step 7: To verify the upload status, click the Export PDF button. A pop-up will appear with the notification details.
