What is chatbot and how it work in KD?
Step 1: You’ll find the chatbot icon at the bottom-right corner of your screen on the dashboard page.
Step 2: Tap the chat icon to open the chatbot window. You’ll see a welcome message.
Step 3: You can type your question (e.g., “How to update the author's name”) or click on one of the suggested topics shown.
Step 4: The bot will provide you with an answer right away or guide you through the steps. If needed, it may also share links to detailed help articles.
Step 5: If your question is complex or the bot can’t solve it, just type “talk to support” or click the “Talk to an agent” button to connect with our team.
