Author Chaser is used to automatically send follow-up messages to authors based on the due date. This is an automatic process which can be configured
Step 1: Move the article to author from typesetter check stage.
Step 2: Then wait for the scheduled due date of an article.
Step 3: And the same would be stored on the history panel.
