How to edit the affiliation of authors?

1. To edit the affiliation shared by multiple authors, click on the affiliation listed below their names. 
   

 

1. You can make the required changes and add/remove the author’s names. 
2. Click on add query to the affiliation ‘Insert query’ button. 
   

 

1. Click ‘Save and close’ to save the changes made. 
   

 

Note: If the affiliation details are modified and saved, it will be highlighted in orange.
