How to insert the part table citation?

Step 1: Part table can be cited in-text. I.e., a table contain two captions with label Table [No.] A Table [No.] B 

 

Step 2: If the table has multiple Thead, we should not cite the splitted table in main text.  

 

Step 3: Inline table will not have a citation.
