- Click ‘Add footnotes’ option near general footnotes which opens a tab.
- Type your footnotes in the given tab.
- Add multiple footnotes by clicking ‘Add footnotes’ option again.
- Reorder the footnotes by clicking ‘Modify order’ option.
- Click on the upward and downward arrows to adjust the order of the footnotes according to your preference.

- Click ‘Mark as’ to mark a general footnote as linked footnote and ‘×’ to delete the specific footnote.

- Place the cursor in the desired location on the table.
- Click ‘Insert footnote link’ option to save the linked footnotes or ‘Cancel’ to discard.

Note: The link count represents how many times the symbol is cited in the table.
- Click ‘Mark as’ to mark a linked footnote as general footnote and ‘×’ to delete the specific footnote.
- Click on the linked symbol to mark it as not a citation, replace or delete the linked footnotes.
- Not a citation: To mark a cited text into a normal text.
- Replace: To replace the given linked footnotes with others.
- Delete: To delete the selected reference.
- Click ‘Add footnotes’ option near abbreviation footnotes which opens a popup.
- Enter the term and its respective definition.
- Click ‘Save’ to save the abbreviation footnote.
