How to hide author information from reviewers?
Using this feature, you can determine what content should be hidden from reviewers.
- Kriyadocs automatically identifies and blinds specific content based on your publisher’s blinding policy.
- The blinded items include author names, affiliations, and correspondence.
- Typically, editorial assistants check and apply the desired blinding during their screening/desk review checks.
- In addition to automatically blinded content, you can also blind other content that you feel should not be visible to reviewers.
- To blind a specific text content, select the desired text on the content pane and click on the ‘Hide from reviewers’ icon, as highlighted here.
- All the blinded content (be it automatic or manually blinded) will be displayed with a grey background color as shown in the screenshot below.
