How to choose your preferred view?

1. This allows you to personalize the dashboard view.  

1. Click the 'View' icon to access the three viewing options: Section view, List view, and Assignee view. 
   

 

1. Section view 

This view is ideal if you prefer to see an overarching view of articles across the workflow. 

1. Choosing the ‘Section view’ shows you the articles in their respective stages in the production workflow.  
2. This helps you see the production pipeline and easily track articles across the board.  
3. The screenshot below displays the ‘Section view’ of the dashboard. 
   

 

2. List view 

This view is ideal if you prefer to see a focused list of articles prioritized by date. 

1. Choosing the 'List view' shows you the articles sorted by due date.

3. Assignee view 

Choosing the 'Assignee view' shows the articles based on the users to whom they are currently assigned.
