How to choose your preferred view

  • This allows you to personalize the dashboard view.

  • Click the 'View' icon to access the three viewing options: Section view, List view, and Assignee view. 

 

Section view 

  1. This view is ideal if you prefer to see an overarching view of articles across the workflow. 
  2. Choosing the ‘Section view’ shows you the articles in their respective stages in the editorial workflow.
  3. This helps you see the editorial pipeline and easily track articles across the board.  
  4. The screenshot below displays the ‘Section view’ of the dashboard. 

 

List view 

  1. This view is ideal if you prefer to see a focused list of articles prioritized by date. 
  2. Choosing the 'List view' shows you the articles sorted by due date. 
  3. The screenshot below displays the ‘List view’ of the dashboard. 

  

Assignee view 

  1. Choosing the 'Assignee view' shows the articles based on the users to whom they are currently assigned. 
  2. The screenshot below displays the ‘Assignee view’ of the dashboard. 
  3. This view helps you view editor’s current workload at a glance.
