How to apply house rules?

In this stage, the style will be implemented to the article according to the style guides of the customer. 

1. Click ‘APPLY HOUSE RULES’ button after making necessary edits in the structure content stage. 
   

 

1. A popup to upload floats will appear. 
   

 

1. Click ‘Upload’ to replace the file which is done mostly after processing of figures. 
2. Click ‘Save and close’ option to save the figure. 

 

1. You can also bulk upload the files. 
   

 

1. Select the file or ‘Remove’ option from the dropdown to select or remove the pre-existing files. 
   

 

1. Click on the file to see the preview in the right panel. 
2. Click ‘Apply house rules’ after uploading or removing the files. 
   

 

1. Wait for a few seconds while the style is applied to the article. 
   

 

1. The screenshot below depicts the view after applying the house rules. 
   

 

Note: Click ‘BacktoSC’ if you want to restore the structure content stage.
