How to add new reviewers to the pool?

1. If you wish to add a new reviewer to your pool, click on the ‘Add Reviewer’ button.  

  
 

1. This will open a popup window as shown below. Here, you can add their name, email, institution (affiliation) and keywords. 
   

 

 

Note: The reviewer's affiliation will be checked against the Research Organization Registry (ROR). The fields including institution name, institution ID, city, state and country will be filled automatically only if your institution is registered with ROR. If not, you have to fill all the fields manually. 

1. Add relevant keywords for the reviewers. 
   
2. ​Click on the keywords to edit or click ‘×’ to delete. 
   

 

1. Click on the ‘Save’ button to add this reviewer to your pool.  You can now invite this new reviewer from the ‘Find in pool’ tab.
