Search article by article title
Step 1: After logging in dashboard you will be viewing the customer’s list if you have admin access or only specific customer.
Step 2: Once you click on the customer icon you will be directed to the article dashboard page.
Step 3: then search for the article title in the search box.
Step 4: While hitting enter, the relevant article-id would be populated and shown as search result. (as Above)
