How to validate a reference?
- Click on a reference in the reference list.
- Click on ‘Edit’ from the floating menu.
- Click on ‘Validate data’ to validate the reference against the PubMed/ Crossref database.
- The changes to be made will appear in a tab after validating a reference.
- Accept or reject the changes made.
- Click ‘Run styling’ to apply the specified styles to reference as per the customer requirements.
Note: Validated references will be highlighted in green while others are highlighted in red.
