How to resupply the article

How to resupply the article

Resupply should only occur once an article is published or moved to the Banked stage. Therefore, only articles in the Archive or Banked stages should be resupplied.


To trigger a resupply, please follow the below steps: 

Step 1: Select the Archive button from the filters.

Step 2: Search for the articles that wanted to trigger the resupply.

Step 3: Click on the article card and the flyout will open.

Step 4: Click on the button called “Resupply”

 Step 5: Then select the appropriate resupply option that you need. 

PAP resupply – After an article published online 

Post-production resupply – after the printer if any corrections come. 

Step 6: Then enter the reason for the resupply click save.

Step 7: Afterwards the article will be landed in publisher review, where the publisher can amend the corrections requested by author.
