How to view and download the files using assets

Here you can view all the files submitted by the author at submission and revisions.  

  1. This tab is typically used by editorial assistants/administrators to ensure that all submitted files have successfully been converted to be available in the Kriyadocs Review page.
  2. As an editor, while you have access to these, you do not need to use this. Instead, you will be able to open an article and view all the documents on the review page. 
  1. Click on 'Assets > Input > Original > File' to view the submitted files. 
  2. You will be able to view all documents submitted by the author, including the manuscript, cover letter, journal publishing agreement, figures, supplementary files and other files like revised manuscript with track changes, point by point response document etc. 

 

Note: The submission portal can be configured to receive various types of mandatory/optional files from the author.
