Ability to put fast track articles on hold
Step 1: Login into the kriyadocs.
Step 2: You will enter the dashboard.
Step 3: Click on the article card and the flyout, you will see the Fastrack and hold as the toggle.
Step 4: now you can enable both the toggles by entering the reasons.
