Solution: 

Ensure that all the floats are cited in the text. Follow the below steps to identify the uncited floats 

Step 1: An auto query is generated for the uncited reference in the Queries panel.

Step 2: Check the citation counts in the figures/tables. 

Step 3: Cite the figure/table in the desired location between the text to trigger the reorder notification.
