What is PRR and how it works?

PRR (Positive Response Rate) is used by publishers to provide feedback to the operator who worked on a stage, typically categorized as 'Good', 'Poor', or 'Great'. 

Note: This will be given only on the publisher stage. 

Step 1: Login as a publisher and click approve button.

Step 2: Choose the sign off and click on the rating that you’d like to give to the specified paper. 

Step 3: When clicking the Poor, Okay Smilies – the checkbox would be shown below the Smilies – choose where exactly the comments are related to.

Step 4: After selecting the checkbox and enter the feedback elaborately in the textbox – then click sign off. 

Step 5: These will be stored in a report on an article level, and it can be downloaded.
