Overview of structure content
- Click the edit icon at the top of the article flyout to open the article.
- Click the ‘Structure content’ button.
- Click the dropdown to select the file types including, the manuscript, figures, tables, supplementary files etc. with respective file name.
Note: Other files including the zip file and PDFs can be marked as ‘Remove’ - Click the file name to see the preview of the file on the right panel.
- Upload the files manually by clicking ‘Upload’ option.
- Double click on the file to download it.
- Click on the upward and downward arrows to adjust the order of the file names according to your preference.
- After reviewing the file names and their respective files, click ‘Structure content’ option.
- Wait till all the elements in the manuscript are structured.
- All the elements in the given files will be tagged automatically with appropriate tags in this stage.
