How to track reviewers?

Here, you can track the reviewers’ response to your invites as well as their review progress. 

Track status

Here, you can view the following details for the selected/invited reviewers: 
  1. Reviewer name & Affiliations 
  2. Invitation status (date of invitation, invitation response, date of response) 
  3. Review status 
  4. For accepted invites that are pending review completion, this will show the due date.  
  5. For reviews that have been completed, this will show the completed date. 
  6. Last activity shows the previous revisions response if the reviewer participated in the previous review. 
  7. Recommendation (accept/reject/revisions needed)  

  

Note: System will automatically send reminder mails to reviewers once they are invited. These reminders will be visible in ‘History’ tab.
