How to resolve the incorrect order of float placement?

Solution 

The floats will be placed near the citation automatically either to top or bottom position.

If the float is not placed in sequential order, follow the below steps, 

Step 1: Check whether the citation for the specific float is provided inside the text/content. 

Step 2: If the citation for the specific float is missing within the text, it will not place the float in expected order. 

Note: A citation is mandatory for placing floats in PDF. If it is missing, check with publisher or Author.
