How to filter your search?
- You can further refine your selection by applying filters.
- To apply filters, click on 'Filter', as highlighted here.
- By default, all keywords tagged to the reviewers will be shown and selected.
- The keywords that are found in the manuscript will be highlighted in purple. This helps you quickly match reviewers who have the same keywords as those found in the manuscript.
- Additionally, you can search for specific keywords of interest, and then click 'Search' for results.
- You can also choose to select or deselect keywords from the list as needed.
Note: These keyword filters help you find appropriate reviewers that have the desired specialty you feel is needed to review the given manuscript. - You can also use the filter to select reviewers based on the number of pending invites and pending reviews. This helps you check for reviewers' availability with respect to their current assignment bandwidth. If a reviewer already has enough pending invites/reviews, chances are, they might decline the invite or delay responding.
- You can also filter by completed reviews to see which reviewers have participated in sufficient reviews in the past and are therefore, more or less likely to accept and submit a review if invited. Make sure you also invite fresh reviewers to better utilize your reviewer pool.
- Click on the 'Apply filter' button.
- A list of reviewers matching your filter criteria will be displayed.
