How to filter your articles?

This feature enables you to apply filters and personalize the dashboard according to your preferences. 

  1. Click the 'Filter' option to access the filters flyout. 

 

  1. All the filter categories are collapsed by default and sorted in alphabetical order. 
  2. Expand each filter category by clicking the dropdown (or)
  3. Click ‘Expand all’ to see the underlying filter values you can choose from. 

 

  1. Search for a filter value and select the specific value. 
  2. Click ‘Apply’ to apply the selected filter values. 

 

 


Note: You can also choose the available 'Labels' for filter criteria.

This includes default labels (due date, article type, assignee name, etc) and custom labels (predefined and user-defined labels) 

  1. The screenshot below depicts the filtered view. 

 

1.How to save your filter?

  1. Click ‘Save filter’ to save the filter or ‘Clear filter’ to restore the default view. 

 
 

Note: Multiple filters can be created and saved at a user level 

  1. Click ‘Set as my default’ to select one filter as default.  
  2. Upon logging in, the dashboard will appear in the default filter view. 

 
 

Note: Default filter is at a user level and different users can set their own 

2. How to edit or delete your saved filter?

  1. Click ‘Pencil icon’ to edit or delete the saved filters. 

 

  1. Confirm the deletion by clicking ‘Delete’ again.  

 


Note: If you delete a default filter, select another filter as default filter.
