How to delete a word/phrase?
- You can delete a letter, word, or phrase by utilizing any of the three methods listed below.
- To delete from the beginning of the word, place the cursor at the start of the character and press the 'Delete' key on the keyboard.
- To delete from the end of the word, place the cursor at the end of the character and press ‘Backspace' key on the keyboard.
- Select the whole word/phrase to be deleted.
- Click the ‘Delete’ key on the keyboard.
Note: Deleted text will be visually marked with red strike-through. - The screenshot below depicts the view after deleting and inserting a text.
