How to check the change history?
- To see a list of changes made on the document, click the ‘Changes’ icon on the right top bar.
- A list of changes will be shown on the right panel with the most recent change showing first.
- Changes are categorized based on type with:
- Red box for deletion
- Green box for insertion
- Orange box for formatting change
- Changes can be filtered based on type (described above), role and name of the user.
- Select the filter values in each category.
- The screenshot below depicts the view after filtering the change history.
- For editable parts, click on an object to view the changes.
- Changes are displayed under the ‘Change History’ tab within the dialog box.
- Click on the ‘Filter History’ icon on a particular field to display only changes made to the corresponding field.
- Edits within objects cannot be accepted or rejected. Any changes made to the specific portion of the article must be overwritten.
Note: Changes logged under the name "Kriyadocs" refer to technical edits made during auto content processing.
