How to approve and sign off an article?
After completion of the necessary edits and reviewing of document, sign off the article/chapter to move it to the next stage by following the below steps,
- Click ‘Approve’ button at the top tool bar.
- Choose the required option in the ‘Sign-off’ manuscript page and click ‘Continue’.
Note 1: Respond to all queries that are addressed to you before signing off an article/chapter to the next stage. Note 2: For documents with numbered reference format, the system renumbers the references in sequential order before the document is signed off. - The screenshot below depicts the view after signing off the manuscript.
Note: No changes can be made to an article once it has been signed off.
